Common Questions
We accept STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG and flat-pattern files, plus 3D solids (X_T, STL). DXF or STEP is preferred for laser cutting and forming. Upload whatever you have and our team will assess it.
Standard lead times are 3–7 business days depending on cutting, forming, welding and finishing requirements. Express turnaround is available on many cut-and-fold jobs — contact us to confirm capacity.
Our laser cutting and press-brake beds handle large flat blanks and panels, and folded or welded assemblies are sized to your drawing. Oversized fabrications can be produced in sections and welded — contact us for a feasibility review.
There is no minimum order quantity. We produce single brackets and prototype enclosures through to repeat low-volume production runs. Pricing scales with volume — ask us for a batch quote.
Yes. We offer powder coating, anodising, zinc plating, bead blasting, passivation and painting, plus welding, deburring and assembly. All finishing is managed in-house or through vetted partners for full quality control and traceability.
Absolutely. All client files and intellectual property are treated as strictly confidential. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before receiving your files — just ask.
