CNC Machining — Engineered for Accuracy & Production

Delivering Precision Machined Components since 2008

CNC machining is the preferred process for components needing tight tolerances and production-grade materials. Working directly from your CAD files, we manufacture precision parts in engineering plastics and metals — for functional prototypes, tooling, low-volume and end-use production.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What file formats do you accept?+

We accept STEP, STP, IGES and X_T (Parasolid) — the solid-model formats best suited to CNC machining. STL is accepted for reference only. If your file is in another format, upload what you have and our engineering team will assess it.

What are your lead times, and do you offer express turnaround?+

Standard CNC lead times are 3–7 business days depending on part complexity, material and finishing. Express turnaround is available on simple milled or turned parts — contact us to confirm capacity.

What is the maximum part size you can machine?

Our milling envelope handles parts up to approximately 800×500×500mm, and turning up to Ø350mm diameter × 1000mm length. Larger components can be machined in sections and assembled — contact us for a feasibility review.

What is the minimum order quantity?+

There is no minimum order quantity. We machine single prototypes through to low- and mid-volume production runs. Pricing scales with quantity — ask us for a batch quote.

Do you offer finishing, painting, or post-processing services?+

Yes. We offer anodising, powder coating, plating, bead blasting, passivation, deburring, tapping and heat treatment. All finishing is coordinated in-house to maintain full quality control and traceability.

Is my CAD file kept confidential?+

Absolutely. All client files and intellectual property are treated as strictly confidential. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before receiving your files — just ask.

Do you ship outside Brisbane / across Australia?+

Yes. We ship to all states and territories across Australia with same-day dispatch for completed orders. International freight is also available — contact us for a quote.
